What could be kuter than a kuddly kitten? Nothing. That's why the Steuben County United Way recently announced its Kuteness Kampaign 2009 with a-----you guessed it----kitten. "I'm very honored," said Noel, a 5-week-old, gray-and-white female chosen from the local animal shelter to be the campaign's mascot. "But if I hear the word 'cute' one more time, I'm going to scratch somebody's eyes out."
